House rules
The House rules is recognized with the reservation of the apartment.
We welcome you in our furnished apartments and hope that you have a wonderful stay in Planegg.
Occupancy:
the apartments can be occupied only with the number of booked person.
Our rates staggered from 1-4 Person, if we notice you stay with more person than booked,
we will charge the higher apartment rate for whole period.

Visits are allowed only by prior arrangement - parties and celebrations are not allowed.

The complete rental is deducted from the credit card deposit at time of booking.

Duty of care:
please handle the rental property with care. The front door should be closed when you leave the House with a key. All windows should be closed when leaving the apartment. The key is not to reveal to outsiders. With the resources of water and electricity is to deal gently. The landlord is not liable for valuables of the lessee.
IMPORTANT: Heater and air conditioners are not allowed
Living space:
We would be happy, if you would enter the living area not in 'Roads - shoes'. Furniture interior should not be worn outdoors.

Wi-Fi/phone:
The Wi-Fi code you will found in the apartment. With your Wi-Fi login you agree to our terms of use.
There is no telephone in the apartment.
Parking:
For you car is a parking space available on the property and also available for bicycles.
Bicycles:
No bicycles may be parked in the apartment.
Pets:
one dog on request
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed - respect because the majority of our guests are non-smoking.
Rest periods:
The apartment is located in a pure residential area

Liability:
Any damage must be immediately reported to the landlord and can be regulated through your private insurance.
Price reduction:
In case of short-term failure of furnishings, the public supply or due to force majeure is not entitled to a price reduction. Defects in the apartment / house are to notify the landlord immediately.
Cancellation policy:
short bookings cancellation fee 30 % to 60 days before arrival.

For repeated violation of these terms and conditions, the landlord may terminate the lease unilaterally and the guest has to leave the apartment immediately. A refund of the amount not entitled to.
